We in the West have had a reprieve and what a relief that is to me.
Donald Trump wins
I’m not addressing the personality of the man nor his former lifestyle or language. That would likely trigger debate. I am looking at his policies which are pro family, pro GOD, pro life, pro freedom with responsibility. With the victory of President Trump in the USA election, WOKE is been exchanged for traditional values and common sense.
I am relieved because I truly believe that if the other person won, it would mark the end of honest elections, the end of freedom of speech, and the end of hope for righteousness in America. In my view, Trump was good for America and the West from 2016-2020 and will be again, and more. Allied with Elon Musk and Robert Kennedy Jr is such a spread of experience and perspective, so long as they agree and move forward, there is a great deal of hope within this budding administration.
Kamila Harris loses
Again, I won’t discuss the person, but rather I raise what she represented in her own words: She equated freedom for women with abortion, focusing most of her campaign on this theme.
During her tenure as Vice President, her primary role was to monitor the southern border of the US as regards illegal immigration; at best she was incompetent allowing at least 10 million to cross the border illegally, and at worst, she was loading the dice against legal citizens and future elections. In my view, she was not good for America or the West.
What this means to the West
The American election results will raise the profile of common sense, security and global safety.
Although those who have ingested the Left’s idea of freedom will be upset at the election result, we’ve had a reprieve from WOKE ideology and the consistent move towards cultural Marxism, and all that entails.
In the long run, the majority of the captured youth and WOKE followers will become set free from manipulation, free to make their own assessments and judgments, free from the influence of brainwashing. This we pray.
Further, this president will support our older brother, Israel, and it’s right to exist. And that is surely a good thing.
What a relief
And so, from my point of view, the West has been set free from ideology based on wrong premises and false information. We have a pause. We have an opportunity for lasting change.
I pray we all pray that we seize this GOD-given opportunity to draw in the LORD’s chosen… the politicians, the teachers, the health staff, the police, the business people, all all all who need rescuing, to come to the full realisation of their sin and accept to the full the salvation that is available through Jesus, and only Jesus. Amen.
