Genesis 2:7 says, “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.”

A month’s worth of posts and we’re finally at the Creation of Man. That includes all human beings by the way, though not at the particular moment cited in Genesis 2:7.
Preparing the Bride for GOD’s Story
How do we prepare as the Bride of Christ? One aspect is to learn GOD’S STORY. He created us in His image…. Piece by piece, and peace by peace, we learn to walk as He has walked. And we learn His perspective.
GOD made the first person from out of the dust. And how did this person take his first breath?
GOD breathed into him. Wow!!
We are made in GOD’s image
If ever there is any doubt we are fashioned from GOD, here is the evidence for what we have in common: Our very breath comes from GOD. That is amazing. Life is in the blood, life is in the breath. Our breath comes from the breath of GOD. Incredible.
Ponder our connection to the Creator of the Universe
Humanity is not an accident. We each are no accident. The very Creator of all the earth breathed into the first of humanity to give him life. And so we inherit that same life.
GOD made his brain. He made is body, fingers, toes, organs. He set his heart beating, his lungs breathing, his energy, eyesight, taste buds, passion. His life.
Worship
Let us celebrate our Creation. Let us worship our Creator!
“Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!” As the first man began so let us continue. This is a mark of praise and worship: to celebrate His Creation, to celebrate the Creator, to celebrate life!
