Preparing the Bride of Jesus Christ

Challenged like never before?

If you are feeling challenged like never before, I don’t need to explain — given the politics and societal rapid decline, or witnessing physical and mental health issues like never before — I don’t need to explain or give detail, do I?

If you have been watching and connect the dots, you’ll see the conspiracy theory walking into reality. The World Economic Forum and IMF (International Monetary Fund)  are dictating national financial policy; the G20 is being led by the unelected; the UN and all its associated bodies are telling us how to live: redefining good and evil. You’ll observe the overall national decline in the UK for example, and recognise it is the consequence of society finally catching up with our lack of reference to GOD. There has been just enough delay after turning our backs on the Yehovah GOD and His Son Yeshua/Jesus, to question whether there is a connection between the decline of democracy and economic success and its lack of reverence for the Creator. We worship the planet and seek to save the planet, rather than to worship the Creator and save the people on it. Hmm… do you think there is a connection?

The LORD allows sight to those who desire to see, and blindness to those who do not. (Matthew 11:25)

So, I write today to say we can hold on… The future in our nation of UK, and pretty much any Western nation, looks bleak. Poverty and powerlessness have come at last to the bastions of freedom. Western democracy is all but gone, as politicians put infighting and satisfying lobbyists and media over running the country.

And so we ask, “Where are you LORD?” Well, the Word has already told us —

“Trust in the LORD and lean not on your own understanding… In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

“And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.” (Matthew 24:4-8)

These wars and evils only mark the beginning of sorrows. There is much more in store, all of which is triggered by man’s choice to control and the exclaimed priority being climate control. It is the religion of the 21st Century. Zealots are everywhere, their voices heard and followed by those full of fear or seeking something to worship. The void has been filled at last.

It is Satan who is behind this and whether he is unshackled or merely shaking the chains (Jude 1:6), on the time line of eternity, decline of common sense and common decency is rapid now, pervasive, and it would seem unstoppable.

So, we need to decide: do we still believe Jesus or do we give up?

As we move forward in this day, these times, we know that GOD is for us. “If GOD be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)

We forge on, knowing our Saviour and Lord is interceding and the Creator GOD, Yehovah, Father of us all, is waiting for His kingdom to come upon the earth as it is in heaven. And we pray! Holy Spirit fill us, help us to walk in Your anointing, help us to surrender our everything to You and enable us to walk in Your strength, joy, comfort, love, that we will comfort others with the comfort You give to us.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

One World Government Schemes: What to do with the reports

One World Government

“Just because I’m paranoid, doesn’t mean they’re not out to get me.”

(Humorous saying – Cambridge Dictionary)

This is a well-worn expression we can apply the to the conspiracy theories of “One World Government” which allegedly plot to dramatically depopulate the world (using amongst other devices, chemtrails and immunisations that carry cancer-producing agents) and destroy national boarders once-and-for-all.

According to a variety of conspiracy theorists, an elite group of wealthy and influential people who are largely a-political in the usual sense, have been plotting for decades to control the world. They pull their weight through their money and influence. They are possessed of the same passion for control and power that has existed for centuries and has manifested itself in leaders such as the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt, Caesar and other leaders of Ancient Rome, Attila the Hun, Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin. Some would say they want to create a master race through Eugenics; others would simply say they want the world for themselves.

What do we do with the massive number of YouTube videos and other alternative news platforms which spout these rumours? How do we weigh the facts against the propaganda? What is true and what is fantastical?

For me, I navigate this alternative viewpoint as best as possible:

  1. with a discerning eye.
  2. I don’t watch more than I can stomach.
  3. And most important of all, I don’t allow myself to get drawn in emotionally.

Do I believe there is such a group? Yes, But do I believe all that is spouted about it? No, because there is at least as much supposition and assumption in those reports against conspiracy as there is basis for fact. This is disappointing, because we get plenty of bias in the mainstream media.I wish it were not the case also in the alternative media.

Acceptance, not denial

Here’s how I seek to address the conspiracy theories.

I am not surprised there are powerful people who seek to dominate the world. That is history and sadly, as human beings, we do not seem to learn from history as much as we tend to repeat it.

But while I am aware of such things, I try to keep at arm’s length. Yes, I pray about these matters, but I do not attempt to pray beyond my remit. Always there will be evil, but I am not equipped or called to do battle directly against satan nor many of his forces; therefore, I must discern, pray, and leave what is not my job to those who’s job it is to expose or to thwart the plans of the enemy.

But by acceptance, I don’t mean I wish to allow these forces or these people to succeed. What I mean is that I seek to be aware of the reality of the schemes, to be wary of the bias publicised against — and for — these people, and be alert to how I am meant to share the reality, to pray against it, or to refute publicly or in private about their schemes.

We don’t live in fear

That’s Number 1. GOD tells us repeatedly, though we be up against terror, we shall not fear. “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom” (Psalm 111:10) and that will lead us to truth and peace-of-mind, and will give us the courage to face whatever comes along.

We don’t try to change the Word of GOD

Revelation, also called The Apocalypse, speaks of the plagues and mark of the beast, to name just two of Last Days circumstances. (Revelation 6 and 13) We must surely warn against taking the mark. But we are not going to stop it, nor should we try. What is in GOD’s Word we want to come to pass, though we can surely aim to protect others against the wiles of the devil.

We know, as we read and believe GOD’s Word, that He is in control. As we surrender to His will, and as we give our time and attention to His plan and purpose, we are closer to bringing His kingdom to earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:10)

We don’t be complacent

The weapon of our warfare is first and foremost, the Word of GOD, declared through the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:10-18). And so our best weapon is to pray fervently and consistently, as GOD leads. To be aware of the world around us is key to discovering how we are meant to pray, but we must guard our minds and hearts against the machinations and manipulations of fear and intrigue.

Let’s keep our eye on the Lord Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, and let us pray for GOD’s will and His way to be done. The timing and the mechanisms that GOD chooses to use for His purposes must be supported and trusted. I believe we must discern and pray as He leads us.

Amen.

Do not be afraid of Conspiracy

“Do not say, “A conspiracy,”

Concerning all that this people call a conspiracy,

Nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.

The LORD of hosts, him you shall hallow;

Let Him be your fear, And let Him be your dread.”

Isaiah 8:11-15

There will be conspiracy. Do not be afraid of the outcome.

The message of Isaiah Chapter 8 reads as though Isaiah were living in the 21st century.

There are so many conspiracy theories now, both from the Left and from the Right of the political spectrum, particularly in America but elsewhere too, that it is hard to miss the fact that we have lost all sense of what is true or accurate in the media and politics. Television drama and real life seem to overlap and the lines have become seriously blurred.

But we do not need to be afraid. We don’t need to be afraid of the end of our lives, if there is a threat of chemical warfare, chemtrails to reduce population, or One World Government. Just as there are wars and rumours of wars (Matthew 24) so to are there conspiracies.

But let us not be overcome. False news will be exposed, persecution must come, and all will be right in the End. Jesus wins! (Indeed, he already has won for all those who choose to believe and follow him.)

The Lord Reigns

Yes, the LORD reigns (1 Chronicles 16:31, Psalm 93, 96, 97).

Let the earth rejoice (Psalm 97). Let the heavens declare (Psalm 50) the glory of the LORD (Exodus 16, 24).

As we focus on the LORD’s leadership, strength and power, we can find and keep Shalom, GOD’s peace — which passes all understanding.

Wars and Rumours of Wars?

Yes, but do not fear.

The battle belongs to the LORD.

Amen.
