On 4th and 5th of February, US President Donald Trump announced what he thinks needs to happen in Gaza: to move out the Palestinians to places where they can prosper (and be distracted from their hatred for Jews with the expressed desire to destroy Israel) and enjoy peace, emptying Gaza to create a Riviera in the Middle East — to be the envy of the world.
The West decries this, declaring, “The Palestinians must have their own state.” There must be a 2 state solution.
But does anyone from Gaza say a 2 state solution is what they want? They don’t. Because that isn’t what they want.
Israel, throughout modern history, has attempted to comply with the desires of the West and capitulate on sharing the land. And what has been achieved? October 7th 2023.
The people of Gaza and the West Bank call the entire area “Palestine”. They do not want a 2 state solution. They want a 1 state solution and for the state to be theirs. They want to eradicate Israel.
The Israelis would prefer not to have a 2 state solution because the other side, the other state, doesn’t want them to exist.
So, when will the West wake up and realise it is they and only they who want a 2 state solution? It is a dream, a fantasy. When will they wake up to the reality that one state wants to eradicate the other, and the other state simply refuses to die.
The 2 state solution can never happen because the 2 states don’t want it.
So, wake up West. Wake up UN. Donald Trump is wide awake. It’s time to get your sneakers on and start running to catch up to him.
