We need to be ready for Kingdom salvations
I was praying in the morning, and the LORD led me to Isaiah 61:1-3β¦ βThe Spirit of the LORD is upon meβ¦β (see below in full)
And then I paused, just to curl up with Him and to pray. I intended to linger until 10am, but He said, “until 9:50”. At 9:52 the phone rang.
Answer the phone
It was a call I never expected to receive, from a workman who had lost his diary and sought to confirm our appointment for next week.
…. But he ended up sharing his heart. And he gave his life to the LORD.Β
Welcome to GODβs Kingdom, Daniel.
Always be ready!
The above is absolutely true. Absolutely pure. And Iβm not an Evangelist.
When we surrender our time, there is nothing GOD cannot do.
Be ready for the Kingdom salvations.
Pray for their perseverance.
Pray for their hopes and desires to meet those of Jesus.
And rejoice afterward!
The simple message today is: Be ready!
Isaiah 61:1-3
This is Isaiah, this is Jesus. This also is us too, when we allow Him to be, to work with us and to work within us:
βThe Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.β
